facility is located in Ferndale, Michigan. Since 1936, the
company has specialized in chemical distribution and handling
for industrial customers.
Today, this nine square-acre facility houses
some of the industry’s most advanced refining equipment, including
state of the art evaporators, fractional distillation equipment
and hazardous waste storage. Gage’s main headquarters also
features a state-of-the-art R&D center, developing reference
and calibration fluids for customers worldwide. Gage’s laboratory
also has the capability to perform ASTM testing along with
other methods required by customer specifications. The company’s
commitment to high quality products has been the driving factor
in building these extensive analytical capabilities.
This
central, urban location in Southeastern Michigan allows Gage
to handle materials using a variety of transportation methods,
including rail and road transport delivery. Gage’s fully licensed
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facilities include
all permits required by the government to handle hazardous
waste.
