MURRAY NAMED SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR AT GAGE PRODUCTS

FERNDALE, Mich. – Tom Murray has been named director of sales and marketing for Gage Products Company, a leading global supplier of test fuels, paint solvents and closed-loop paint-system recycling technology for the automotive industry.

Murray had been manager of manufacturing engineering, with responsibility for injection molding and two paint lines at AutoAlliance International, a joint Mazda and Ford Motor Company automotive assembly complex in Flat Rock, Michigan. He previously had served as a development strategist in Advanced & Manufacturing Engineering (VO-A&ME) at Ford Motor Company’s Vehicle Operations group.

Prior to joining Ford in 2002, he held a variety of management positions at Reynard Motorsport. He began his business career in 1989 at Gage Products Company, where he held a series of key sales management jobs serving Ford, General Motors and DaimlerChrysler.

A native of Detroit, Murray has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).

Murray is married and resides in Beverly Hills, Michigan.
